From your brief to your first meetings.
What happens in your first weeks with Dylan, in order, and what each step asks of you.
The brief
Tell Dylan your website and who you want to meet. The brief holds your company's website, one line about what you sell, who you want to meet (functions, titles, company sizes and regions) and any companies Dylan must never contact. He drafts the rest; you correct it.
The example plan you see while you fill it in is built in your browser and is not sent to us. Nothing is saved until the last step.
Before you start, collect four things: your ten best customers with one line each, three non-examples, your do-not-contact domains, and the name of the person who will take the meetings. How to brief an AI SDR explains why each one matters.
The plan
The plan shows how many companies fit, ten real examples, the first email and the price. A person at Belkins reviews your plan and emails it within one business day.
Read it the way you would read a shortlist of candidates: would you be glad to meet each sample company next week?
The ramp
The first weeks, counted from the day you brief Dylan:
From brief to first meeting
- Day 0You brief Dylan
- Day 1Your plan, reviewed by a person at Belkins
- Days 2 to 3You approve the first emails
- Week 1First emails go out
- Our targetA first held meeting within 3 weeks
The last line is our target, not a promise.
Approvals before anything is sent
Nothing goes out until you say yes. Before anything is sent, you set the meeting definition: the titles, company sizes and regions that count. Then you approve the plan and the first emails.
Read the first emails as the recipient would, on a phone between two meetings: is the reason real, is the ask small, is the way out obvious? Approvals lists everything that waits for you.
Meetings on your calendar
Dylan writes, follows up, answers replies and books into your calendar. Meetings go to your meeting owner: the person whose calendar Dylan books into and who runs the call.
Connect your meeting owner's real calendar and block the hours they protect. A meeting your own side reschedules is a poor first impression.
Dylan answers routine replies (scheduling, questions your brief answers) and hands you anything about pricing, legal or complaints. AI appointment setter shows a reply becoming a booked meeting.
Billing per held meeting
You pay per meeting held. No seats, no price per email. A meeting is billed only when someone inside your meeting definition joins the call.
- Meetings outside your definition are never billed.
- No-shows are never billed.
- Companies on your do-not-contact list are never billed.
to dispute any meeting. Disputes come back as credit. How disputes work.
The price per held meeting is set by who you want to meet. These are the beta prices:
- LiteSmall companies, founder-led buyers, 1 to 200 employees$250Per held meeting. Deposit $750, three meetings of credit.
- StandardMid-market, directors and VPs, 201 to 1,000 employees$500Per held meeting. Deposit $1,500, three meetings of credit.
