Opt-outs and recipients' rights.
Dylan is an AI agent. He writes on behalf of the company named in his email, and he stops the moment you ask.
How to stop Dylan
- Reply "stop" to any of his emails, and he stops.
- Or leave your address on the page for people Dylan emailed, or your address or your company's domain in the form on our home page, and no client of his will write to you again.
A domain shared by many people, such as gmail.com, cannot be stopped as a whole. Enter your full address there instead.
What happens next
at most. Your request is recorded at once and can take up to 2 business days to reach every campaign.
When you reply to Dylan, every further scheduled email to you stops the moment the reply is read, by rule, before any AI sees it.
A request through either form is honored for every client Dylan works for.
What we keep
For a stop request we keep the email address or company domain you enter, the time and your browser's user agent. We do not store your IP address.
Opt-outs are kept for as long as Dylan sends email, because forgetting them would mean writing to you again. We keep only what we need to recognize the address or the domain.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us:
- for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- to correct it, or to delete it;
- to restrict how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format;
- to stop using it where we rely on our legitimate interests. You can always object to direct marketing, and we will stop.
Write to dylan@meetdylan.ai. We answer within one month, and we may ask you to confirm it is you. For anything else about your data, including where your address came from, write to the same address.
If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to a data protection authority: in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office, in the EU the authority where you live or work.
