  1. 11 changes

    The pipeline calculator

    Tools
    • A free tool at /tools/pipeline-calculator: put in your quota, average deal size and win rate, and see the held first meetings you need each month.
    • It prices that number in every way to pay for Dylan, from the prices on the pricing page.
    • Fill in an example shows round values marked Example, not a benchmark. You can email yourself the result, or join the waitlist with these numbers.

    The SDR cost calculator

    Tools
    • A free tool at /tools/sdr-cost-calculator: put in your SDR pay, tools and held meetings, and see your cost per held meeting next to Dylan's price.
    • Fill in an example shows round values marked Example, not a benchmark. You can email yourself the result.

    The deliverability check

    Tools
    • A free tool at /tools/deliverability-check: type a domain and see its MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records in public DNS, each explained, with the fix.
    • It reports only what it measured, with no score. A lookup that gets no answer reads Could not check.
    • Powered by Folderly. You can email yourself the report.

    The cold email grader

    Tools
    • A free tool at /tools/cold-email-grader: paste a first cold email and see which of Dylan's nine rules it meets, with one fix per rule.
    • It grades in your browser. What you paste is not sent to us.

    Free tools

    Tools
    • A new page, Free tools, at /tools, lists every tool with what you put in and what you get back.

    Resources

    Site
    • A new page, Resources, at /resources, ties the blog, the docs, the free tools, the buyer's guide, the glossary, the FAQ, the film and the changelog together.

    The AI SDR buyer's guide

    Blog
    • Every post from the blog in one PDF at /resources/buyers-guide, free for your email.
    • The download link works for 7 days. We email it to you only if you tick the box.
    • Each post and the blog page link to it.

    The glossary

    Site
    • A new page, Glossary, at /glossary: each term once, in the words the rest of the site uses, grouped by topic.
    • The docs search finds glossary terms too.

The FAQ has its own page

    Site
    • Every question from the home page now has its own page at /faq, with a link to each answer.
    • A new question says how the monthly plan works: unused included meetings roll over one month, and it is month to month.

    Trusted partners

    Site
    • A new page, Trusted partners, at /partners: Belkins builds Dylan, and his deliverability is powered by Folderly.
    • The About page shows both.
    Site
    • The header groups its links into Product, Tools, Resources and Company menus. On a phone, Menu opens them on one sheet.
    • The footer has five groups, with every free tool and resource.
    • Wherever the site says how invitations work, it now says: We invite 10 teams every two weeks.
    • The monthly plan: unused included meetings roll over one month, and you can cancel any time before the next billing date.
    • Your waitlist ticket can email you your place and link.
    • The privacy notice explains the free tools, the result emails, the buyer's guide, payments and how we count page views. We count them with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
  2. 1 change

The waitlist and the ways to pay we are testing

    Site
    • A new page, Join the waitlist, in five short steps: you, your company, your buyers, your sales and your deck. The first step saves your entry.
    • You can add your sales deck as a file or paste a link to it. The privacy notice says how long a deck is kept.
    • Ways to pay: an overview and one page for each way to pay we are testing: a monthly plan, pay per intent, pay per signup, pay per qualified opportunity, Dylan on your inbound, and Dylan for partners, by application.
    • Pricing shows the monthly plan next to the prices per held meeting, and the calculator compares the two.
    • The button in the header is now Join the waitlist, on every page. The full brief stays on the home page under Send the full brief.
    • In the home page's example calendar, each booked meeting arrives as a notification in a stack. A Sound switch plays a soft chime; it is off until you turn it on.
  3. 5 changes

    The blog names its author

    Blog
    • Every post and the blog page show who wrote and reviewed it: Vlad Podoliako, Founder and CEO, Belkins.
    • His name links to his page on belkins.io, and each post's social image carries it too.
    • The RSS feed names him as the author of each post.
    • The reading time on each blog card now matches the time on the post itself.

    One contact address

    Contact
    • The footer, the privacy notice, the stop pages and llms.txt now all give one address: dylan@meetdylan.ai.

    Accessibility fixes

    Accessibility
    • Errors in the brief are read out by screen readers, and focus goes back to the form when a save fails.
    • Text that fell short of WCAG AA contrast was fixed, in light and dark.
    • The copy buttons on the design system page are named by their visible text.
    • The small icons in the example product pictures are no longer links: they are pictures of an app, not navigation.

    Launch hardening

    Site
    • The stop form explains that a shared email domain such as gmail.com cannot be stopped as a whole, and asks for the full address instead.
    • The example product screens match the film.
    • The founder's name and the Folderly mention link to their sources.
    • The font files are smaller, cut down to what the site uses, and the film's poster on phones is a smaller file.
    • The site is written in US English, and blog titles are under 60 characters.

    The site is built

    Site
    • The home page, with a live calendar, the dated ramp and the brief behind Get my meeting plan.
    • The 42-second film, with every chapter described in words.
    • The blog, with eight posts and an RSS feed.
    • The design system, The Meeting.
    • The privacy notice, and a form on the home page to stop Dylan's emails.
    • A door for the terminal: curl https://meetdylan.ai/join with a work email stores a short brief.

Get on Dylan's calendar.

Tell Dylan, our AI agent, who you sell to. A person at Belkins reads every entry and picks teams by fit. We invite 10 teams every two weeks. You approve the plan and pay per held meeting, or on a plan we are testing.
