How Dylan sends.
Dylan writes from his own warmed domains and mailboxes, with a separate slice for each client. Your domain never sends a cold email.
His own domains and mailboxes
You do not need mailboxes, domains or a sequencer. Dylan brings his own, already warm, with a separate slice for each client.
No DNS, no warm-up, nothing on your side to set up or burn.
Your domain stays out
Your domain never sends a cold email, so your tenant, your brand domain and your invoices stay out of it.
That matters because a tool that sends from your domains can damage the domain your invoices come from. On Microsoft's side, a sending limit can cover a whole tenant, not one mailbox, so an aggressive campaign from your main tenant can stop your finance team sending invoices.
Check any domain's SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX: Deliverability check.
How he paces
He caps sends per company, sends within set windows in the recipient's time zone, and stops writing to a person the moment their reply is read, by rule, before any AI sees it.
Your do-not-contact list is checked again as each email is sent. See Do-not-contact list.
