How this site handles your data.
This page covers meetdylan.ai: the brief you send, the waitlist you join, the form to stop Dylan's emails, and how to report a security problem. The privacy notice has the full account.
The short version
- Briefs, waitlist entries, decks, tool leads, payment records and opt-outs are stored as private files in Vercel Blob storage.
- Waitlist entries, briefs and tool leads are copied into a Google Sheet that Belkins controls. Decks are not.
- We do not store your IP address.
- The site sets no cookies and loads no scripts from other sites. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.
- The cold email grader runs in your browser; what you paste never leaves it.
- Every page is served over HTTPS, with strict transport security and a content security policy.
- To report a security problem, write to dylan@meetdylan.ai.
What is stored
These records are stored: briefs, such as the one you send at the last step of "Get my meeting plan"; waitlist entries, with any deck you add; tool leads, when you ask a free tool or the buyer's guide to email you; payment records, when a team we invite pays through Stripe; and opt-outs, when you ask Dylan to stop emailing you. Nothing in the brief is saved until the last step. A waitlist entry is saved from its first step, when you press Join the waitlist, and each later step when you press Save and continue.
Each brief, waitlist entry, deck, tool lead, payment record and opt-out is stored as a private file with Vercel, the company that hosts this site, in its Blob storage. A brief holds what you type into it, plus the time and your browser's name. A waitlist entry holds your answers, plus the times you saved each step and your browser's user agent. An opt-out holds the email address or company domain you enter, the time and your browser's user agent.
A tool lead is kept only when you ask one of the free tools, or the buyer's guide, to email you: it holds the email address, the numbers or domain you entered and the result, never the text you paste into the cold email grader. A payment record holds Stripe's references for the payment, the amount, the plan and the reference of your waitlist entry, never your card, your name or your address.
A deck goes from your browser straight to that private storage. People at Belkins who review waitlist entries open it through a link that stops working after a few days.
Example of a stored opt-out: one private file holding its kind, id, time, source, type, the address entered, its domain, the browser's user agent and a status. There is no field for an IP address.
People at Belkins who prepare plans and run Dylan can read briefs and waitlist entries. We do not sell or rent any of it.
What is never stored
We do not store your IP address. It is used for a few minutes, in memory, to stop the forms being flooded, and then forgotten.
The site sets no cookies and loads no scripts from other sites. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views from this site's own address, without cookies; each view is sent without anything after a "?" or "#" in its address. Your browser keeps your light or dark theme choice and your Sound switch choice for the example notifications; for the length of your visit, the referral code or campaign tags from your link, the first page you opened and the ways to pay pages you opened; and, if you start the waitlist form, your unsent answers and a key that lets this browser finish your entry, for up to 30 days or until you clear them. They stay on your device and reach us only when you press Join or Save, or inside a brief you send.
The example plan you see in steps one to three is built in your browser and is not sent to us.
The cold email grader runs in your browser; what you paste never leaves it. The deliverability check does not store the domain you type unless you ask for its report by email.
How the site is protected
Every response from meetdylan.ai carries these headers:
| Protection | What it does |
|---|---|
HTTPS onlyStrict-Transport-Security | Browsers are told to reach this site, and its subdomains, over HTTPS only. |
Content security policyContent-Security-Policy | Pages load scripts, styles, fonts, images and media from this site only, apart from one inline script the policy names by its hash, inline styles and embedded images. They connect only to this site and, to upload a deck, to Vercel's storage. Forms post only to this site. |
No framingX-Frame-Options | No other site can show these pages inside a frame. |
Device features offPermissions-Policy | Pages cannot use your camera, microphone, location, USB devices or the browser's payment feature. |
Short referrerReferrer-Policy | A link to another site passes on our domain, not the address of the page you were on. |
The forms take posts from this site's own pages; a post that a browser sends from another website's page is refused. Each form also has a rate limit: after too many posts from one network address within a few minutes, further posts are refused for a while.
How long it is kept
- Briefs are deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to delete a brief sooner.
- Waitlist entries are deleted 24 months after you join, the same as briefs.
- Tool leads are deleted 24 months after your last request.
- Decks are deleted 12 months after you send them, or sooner if you ask.
- The copy in our sheet is deleted with the entry or the brief it copies.
- Opt-outs are kept for as long as Dylan sends email, because forgetting them would mean writing to you again. We keep only what we need to recognize the address or the domain.
The privacy notice sets this out in full: how long we keep it.
Who processes it
Dylan is an AI agent built by Belkins. These are the services the privacy notice names:
| Service | What it does for this site |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts this site, stores each brief, waitlist entry, deck, tool lead and opt-out as a private file in its Blob storage, and counts page views without cookies. |
| Holds the Google Sheet, controlled by Belkins in Google Workspace, where each waitlist entry, brief and tool lead is copied without your browser's user agent. Decks are not copied; the sheet holds a link that expires. | |
| Slack | When a brief, a waitlist entry or an opt-out arrives, our team may get a one-line notice in our internal chat with its reference and the company's domain, never your email address. |
| Resend | Sends the same one-line notice by email to our own mailbox, with the reference and the company's domain, never your email address, and sends the result emails you ask the free tools for. |
| Stripe | Takes the payments of teams we invite, on its own pages. We keep its references and the amount, never a card. |
Where the data is kept, and who can see it, is in the privacy notice: where it is kept.

Tell Dylan, our AI agent, who you sell to. A waitlist entry is saved from its first step; a brief is saved only at its last step.
