Routine replies he answers. The rest come to you.

He answers routine replies himself, such as scheduling or questions your brief answers, and hands you anything about pricing, legal or complaints.

When someone replies, every further scheduled email to that person stops the moment the reply is read, by rule, before any AI sees it. Only then does Dylan read it.

Example thread: Maya asks what it costs; Dylan hands the pricing question to Harrow Line's team and offers Thursday 10:30 or 14:00 Eastern; Maya picks 10:30; Dylan confirms the booking and says the invite comes from Harrow Line's calendar.
The steps

What happens, and when.

  1. Day 0

    Brief Dylan

Your website, who you sell to and who not to contact. He drafts the rest; you correct it.

  2. Day 1

    Get your plan

How many companies fit, ten real examples, the first email and the price.

  3. Days 2 to 3

    Approve the first emails

You approve the first emails or ask for changes. Nothing is sent without your approval.

  4. Week 1

    First emails go out

Dylan writes, follows up and answers replies.

  5. Week by week

    Take the meetings

Dylan books meetings into your calendar. You pay per meeting held.

Get on Dylan's calendar.

Tell Dylan who you want to meet and who takes the calls. Nothing is sent without your approval. You approve the plan and pay per held meeting, or on a plan we are testing.
