Dylan on your inbound

The cheapest meeting is the one already asking for you.

Dylan answers your inbound leads while they are still looking, says he is an AI, and books the call. You pay only when one becomes a held meeting.

Status: TestingWhat you pay for

A held meeting that Dylan booked from one of your inbound leads, with a person inside your definition.

Example: a demo request from Priya, Director of Logistics at Nordfeld Logistics, arrives as a notification. Dylan answers, says he is an AI agent, and books a meeting for today at 11:00; it is billed only once it is held. A request from Leo, an existing customer, is handed to the client's team and never billed. A request from Dev, who had already booked himself, is never billed. A grey block on the next day shows the old next-day handoff, as an illustration, not a statistic.

How it works

Your inbound, answered by Dylan.

The inventory is your own inbound, not cold email. If inbound leads wait a day for an answer, fix that first: it is cheaper than any outbound.

  1. Setup

Connect your form, or forward your inbox

A webhook from your website form or demo request, or a forwarding address for inbound email. Each request arrives with its time and source.

  2. Before launch

You approve what Dylan may say

Your meeting definition, as today, and the facts he may use to answer. He answers from those facts only.

  3. A lead arrives

Dylan answers, and says he is an AI

His first line says he is an AI agent working with you. Anything about pricing, legal or complaints he hands to you.

  4. The answer

    He qualifies against your definition

Leads inside your definition get a time with your meeting owner. Leads he disqualifies, or helps without a meeting, cost nothing.

  5. The booking

He books your meeting owner's calendar

The invite goes on your meeting owner's calendar, and the full conversation stays with the meeting.

  6. After the call

    Billed once held

Attendance comes from the calendar. You have 72 hours to dispute, with fixed reasons, and the inbound source and the full conversation sit on every billed meeting.

What you pay for

A held meeting from your inbound.

The billable event

A held meeting (the published definition) that Dylan booked from an inbound lead: a website form, a demo request, a chat, or an inbound email forwarded to Dylan. The person must be inside your definition. Leads Dylan answers and disqualifies, or helps without a meeting, cost nothing.

How it is verified

The form event (webhook or forwarding address) timestamps the request; Dylan's reply and the booking are logged; attendance from the calendar; the same 72-hour window and fixed reasons. The inbound source and the full conversation sit on every billed meeting.

Never billed

  • People who had already booked themselves before Dylan replied
  • Existing customers
  • Leads your own team answered first
  • No-shows (Dylan rebooks)
  • Meetings outside your definition
  • Companies on your do-not-contact list
  • Duplicates

Who it fits

  • Companies whose inbound leads wait hours or a day for an answer
  • Mid-market and product companies with real demo volume

Who it does not fit

  • Companies with little inbound

The same rules on every way to pay.

  1. Your definition comes first

You write the meeting definition before launch: the titles, company sizes and regions that count.

  2. You approve before anything is sent

Nothing is sent before you approve the plan and the first emails.

  3. What is never billed

No-shows, meetings outside your definition, companies on your do-not-contact list, duplicates, existing customers, people who had already booked themselves and leads your team answered first are never billed.

  4. 72 hours to dispute

72 hours to dispute any billed event, with fixed reasons. Silence confirms. Disputes come back as credit.

  5. Stop any time

Pause any time. Unused credit stays on your account.

  6. Your domain stays out of it

On this plan Dylan sends no cold email at all: he answers people who asked you first, and says he is an AI agent in his first line.

Questions

Before you pick this one.

Short answers from the rules above.

Does Dylan send cold email on this plan?

No. On this plan he answers only people who asked you first: your website form, demo requests, chat, or inbound email you forward to him.

What if they would have booked anyway?

People who had already booked themselves before Dylan replied are never billed. Neither are leads your own team answered first, or existing customers.

Does Dylan say he is an AI?

Yes, in his first line.

What does he know about us?

Only the facts you approved. Dylan answers routine ones (scheduling, questions your brief answers) and hands you anything about pricing, legal or complaints.

What do we need to connect?

A webhook from your form, or a forwarding address for inbound email.

How fast does he answer?

We do not give a number yet. A speed claim waits until it is measured.

What if a lead is not a fit?

Leads Dylan answers and disqualifies, or helps without a meeting, cost nothing.

What counts as a held meeting?

Someone who matches your brief's meeting definition joins a call Dylan booked, with your meeting owner. No-shows, people on your do-not-contact list, duplicates and anyone outside the definition are not billed.

How do disputes work?

You have 72 hours to dispute any billed meeting, with fixed reasons. Silence confirms. Disputes come back as credit.
